Philippines: Health Assistant (For Filipino Nationals Only)

Tasks include but are not limited to:

· Assist TPA in all aspects of organizing and implementing WATSAN/HEALTH based programs and activities

· Assist on the implementation of CBHFA implementation

· Assist on the PHAST/CHAST implementation

· Complete field visits and assessments

· Assist in training and support community based volunteers and key contacts supporting the WATSAN/HEALTH based program implementation

· Provide general administrative support in health implementation

· Assist in the Coordination as required with program partners, Local Government Units, construction

Minimum Required Profile:

· Bachelor's/College Degree (4 Year)/Nursing

· Minimum 2 years’ work experience ideally in delivery of community based programs

· Experience training, coordinating and supporting community based volunteers

· Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred (or with a similar

Humanitarian organization)

· Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT,autocad,sketch up

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills d
