Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Prepare, examine and maintain accounting records, financial statements, ledgers and other financial reports with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting and procedural standards
· Record, sort & classify financial transactions in legers and journals
· Maintain advance register with aging report to track all outstanding advances and liquidations sending reminders to staff and supervisors to ensure timely liquidation
· Track all incoming expenditure vouchers for payments and expense liquidations to ensure they are posted to ledger accurately and on a timely basis
· Process liquidations and reimbursement of expenses
· Scan and inventory all expenditure vouchers on monthly basis for digital archiving
· Assist in preparation of budgets
Minimum Required Profile:
· Bachelor of Science Degree (4 Year) in Accounting or Business Administration
· Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience as an Accountant
· Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT and accounting related software
· Excellent business acumen, reporting and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location: Manila
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Minimum 6 months (contract extension available)
