Philippines: National Project Coordinator | Health Services (HIV & Substance Abuse Prevention Project)

To manage the implementation of the Philippine Red Cross' HIV & Substance Abuse Prevention (HASAP) Project in partnership with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) through its Health Services Department

• Prepare overall project implementation and facilitate preparation of the chapter-based implementation plan and budget.
• Oversee the chapter project implementation of activities according to target timeline.
• Monitor the progress of the chapter level implementation of all project activities through site visits, meeting with the chapter staff, volunteers and project partners.
• Guide and supervise chapter project staff on the technical requirements of the project.
• Conduct training and capacity building necessary for the project implementation.
• Provide technical and coaching sessions and professional development activities with the chapter staff and volunteers related to project activities.
